Who is responsible?
Mandorka operates this website and handles enquiries submitted through it. For data protection requests contact contact@mandorka.com. The full legal name and postal details of the operator must be added to the legal notice before commercial contracting.
Data you give us
The contact form collects your name, work email, business name, optional website and workflow description. We record the time of submission and acknowledgement of this notice. Please don't send passwords, confidential customer records or sensitive personal data.
Why we process it
We use your information to answer your request and assess a potential business relationship. The legal grounds are usually steps at your request prior to a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or legitimate interests in business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)), depending on your enquiry.
Storage and service providers
Contact form submissions are saved in a Cloudflare D1 database configured with EU jurisdiction. Cloudflare hosts the site and provides associated infrastructure. Email replies may involve additional mail providers. EU storage location does not guarantee every technical operation occurs solely in the EU.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries should normally be reviewed for deletion within 12 months unless there is a legitimate need or legal obligation to retain them longer. This is an operational review obligation, not a claim of automatic deletion. Contract records may be subject to longer retention requirements.
Cookies and analytics
We do not load third-party advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Necessary hosting and security systems may process technical request information to deliver the website. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and relevant consent arrangements will be reviewed beforehand.
Your rights
